WHAT IS AN EBN?

According to Law No. 9,432, of January 8th, 1997, the Brazilian shipping company (Empresa Brasileira de Navegação - EBN) is a legal entity incorporated under Brazilian law, headquartered in Brazil, which has the objective of water transport , which is licensed by the competent body.
